What information is stored in your Crushendo account(s)?

• Crushendo: Audio Law Exam Prep app (Android | iOS): Your app accounts store your name, app username, and app password. Your listening data is also stored.
• Crushendo.com: Your Crushendo.com account stores your username and password, at a minimum. If you have made a purchase, your name and billing address are also stored. No payment information is stored. If you have used your Crushboard, then your course progress is stored.

How to delete your Crushendo account(s)

1. Email support@crushendo.com with the subject: Delete Account
2. Send the email from the same email address associated with the account(s) you wish to have removed.
3. In the body of the email, specify which accounts (Crushendo.com, app, or both) that you would like deleted.
4. Receive confirmation of deletion the accounts and their associated data. (Note: Crushendo with still retain receipts of any purchases for accounting and tax purposes.)

Can you retain your account(s) but delete some data?

Yes. You can reset your course data and progress in your Crushendo.com account, as well as your retake quiz data. You can also reset your app listening data. Simply do the following:

1. Email support@crushendo.com with the subject: Reset Study Data
2. Send the email from the same email address associated with the account(s) you wish to have reset.
3. In the body of the email, specify which accounts (Crushendo.com, app, or both) that you would like the learning data to be reset in.
4. Receive confirmation of the reset(s).
