What does implied consent mean?
implied consent – A defense to intentional torts when acts, signs, relationships, silence, societal norms, and so on demonstrate permission in light of the circumstances. Law can also imply consent at times, like when you do the Heimlich maneuver on somebody choking or CPR on somebody passed out.
