This sample highlights our introduction of the elements of negligence, which precedes our presentation of what each element entails.

Negligence Basics

Negligence is how Dude Breaks Acting Professor’s DeLorean.

  • Dude – Duty.
  • Breaks – Breach.
  • Acting – Actual cause.
  • Professor’s – Proximate cause. And,
  • DeLorean – Damages.

*You must prove each of these five elements by a preponderance of evidence—that they’re more likely than not.

“I am convinced this is the very best way to memorize black letter law.” – Ryan Heidt, ASU Law School

“Crushendo is unlike all other major bar reviews available (Kaplan, Barbri, Themis). The audio outlines and flashcards are a way to learn and reinforce the catchy mnemonics that the program teaches. I highly recommend this to first-time and repeat takers . . .” – Patricia Rivera, Charleston School of Law

“I PASSED!!!! Crushendo is like no other bar prep!!! Over the past few years, I’ve struggled to pass the exam! I used Barbri, Themis, and even AdaptiBar, but there was something about these audios that struck a cord!” – KeLine Ajanoh, Esq.

“Why has this not already been a hugely popular thing for decades?” – Scott Dansie, San Diego Law School
