Recently, some states received permission from the National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE)—the company that write Uniform Bar Exam (UBE)—to share past best answers on the Multistate Essay Examination (MEE) and Multistate Performance Test (MPT)!
Because they can be difficult to find and are not always well-organized, we compiled links to roughly 200 past best essay answers and more than 60 sample best performance test answers for your review. They are sample best answers from Arkansas, Minnesota, and New York. The best part? You can review them below without paying a dime.
If you are studying for the bar exam, you should strongly consider bookmarking this page for easy reference. (Note: If you’ve purchased Crushendo’s bar prep review course, we’ve integrated these links directly into your course for convenient review after you do each associated official NCBE practice question! To purchase access to these essay questions and performance tests, visit the Crushendo bar prep shop.)
Without further ado, here are our links to the Arkansas, Minnesota, and New York best sample answers that are definitely worth your time if you want to be well-prepared to pass the essay and performance test portions of the bar exam. These free samples should be helpful even if you’re taking the bar exam in another MEE or MPT state. We put the free sample questions and answers in reverse chronological order and grouped them by MEE and MPT.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have issues with any of the hyperlinks functioning properly. Also, let us know if you find any other state sample best answers that we should add. Finally, we plan to update these sample answer lists with each new bar exam administration.
